The Madison HOA Energy Retrofit – Solar & Lighting Project
Walnut Creek, CA – The Madison Owners Association brought in Energy Contractor, Rayco Energy and Construction Manager, Richard Avelar + Associates to provide an energy efficient retrofit to their community. Solar roofing, garage lighting and hallways lighting fixtures were installed throughout the complex, resulting in an estimated $17k a year savings in utility expenses.
